came away happy. good shape and lovely colour. only thing stopping it being 5 stars is that the woman who I think is covering for Mia was occasionally rough with the drill. a couple of times I felt a burning sensation on the nail bed when the drill was left in the same spot for too long, on the hard edge of the drill bit. ouch! if it wasn't for the pain it would've been 4 or 5 stars... this is the first and only time I've had this happen here, so was surprised to have experienced this at a place which is always so careful and skillful with my nails.
