This was the first time I've been to Happy Nails and I'm not planning to come back. The nail studio is a cramped basement room with no natural light or ventilation (can't be good for the employees). They were running late and the whole appointment felt rushed. The nail technician was quite aggressive with removing my gel polish, presumably trying to make up some time, but not very thorough as I've still got some gel base left on my nails. The top layer of some of my nails is now peeling off, which is unusual for me.

I was so happy with this place - were prompt, had a lot of colours on offer and my shellac manicure lasted without a dent for 2 weeks (only got rid of them because my nails grew too much). Room is a bit small and basic but does the job and will go again.
