Not a great first experience. Was kept waiting for 25 minutes despite having an appointment. Then there was no hot water to soak my feet in. A member of staff was having to boil a kettle but by this time it had been over half an hour/40 minutes and it didn’t instill me with confidence so I left. The staff were apologetic but it wasn’t the relaxed luxury pedi I was going to pay £40 for. Disappointing - booked elsewhere.

I had a really great experience with hapi hands on a very afforable price. the nail techs lien, nina and tam/tram ( im not sure) were all very accommodating and the attention to detial was precise. They were able to achieve the nails design that I wanted plus there’s free hot chocolate😊
