I’m always pleased with my nails at Hapi hands but I have recently booked 2 separate apps at set times & the first app started 35 mins late & the second, 45 mins late. Whilst booking is the only way to guarantee getting your nails done without risking a drop-in with no space, I’m left frustrated at having to wait the length of time it takes to have a manicure as I have a new born baby (breast fed) and the extra wait time takes it from being what should be a treat, to a clock-watching stress.
