Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 25 minutes. The salon prioritises walk-ins. I had booked a polish change, my therapist said for £10 more I could have a full pedi but when at the till, I was charged £15 and argued with. Avoid!

Was able to reschedule with little problem, very lovely ladies, got biab infill and it was great as always.
I have ingrowing toenails and some calluses and Tam did a really careful and thorough job at sorting these out with a great final look. The salmon always looks clean and staff always seem busy tidying up when not with a client.
