I have always felt uncomfortable when going for a massage and not able to switch off. I had a back neck and shoulder massage which was amazing and i also added NADA acupuncture. This was my first time with acupuncture and was a little nervous but Liz made me feel at ease.
I felt asleep during my treatments, and I had the best nights sleep that night in 3 years! and can already feel the after effects of treatment. I have already booked in for my next session.
So glad i found this little place

I suffered headaches for two months, my doctor prescribed codeine for a couple of weeks and referred me for an MRI scan. Whilst waiting for the scan I wondered if the headaches were stress related and decided to try a massage.
I found Liz purely by chance (google) and booked straight in.
Liz was great and the massage made a big difference, best thing, next morning my headache had gone. I still have some tension and have booked for another session but my headache hasn't returned so I'm happy.
