Colin is an excellent massage therapist. Quite possibly the best massage I’ve had.
The 1 hour massage he gave me made me feel immediately refreshed and much less tense. He knows his stuff and can immediately “read” your aches and pains and tailors your massage to deal effectively with the problem areas.
Colin’s treatment room is very clean, spacious and welcoming, with its own en-suite bathroom. I’m looking forward to my next booking.
I have used Hands-On both for deep-tissue massage and for therapeutic sport-related treatment in order to address the sciatica I had developed through long-distance running. In both cases, the treatment was intelligently planned, specific to my requirements, and extremely effective, and my sciatica in particular disappeared within a few sessions. The practice is friendly, welcoming and very convenient, and the therapy proved to be extremely good value for money. Highly recommended!
5 stars. An excellent hour long massage which he conveniently arranged for me on short notice. Very friendly and open to listening to what you need. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
