I had been getting my underarm waxing done with Kay previously and always had a smooth, pain-free experience with no issues. On 15th August, I had my appointment with Fatima, and unfortunately, it was very different. The waxing was extremely painful, and afterward, I developed a severe infection. I experienced heavy pain for days and was left with scars and dark marks on my underarm, which has been very upsetting.

What an amazing massage that was from Fatima! I was in total agony with my back and neck and needed some major manipulation and massage on it! Fatima was absolutely fantastic! She was absolutely lovely, kind, caring and knew exactly where the pain was coming from! Really needed this today and I came out feeling like a different person! You are amazing Fatima! I will be back xxxxx
