I arrived for my apt to find the salon closed. Impossible to reach the owner or to get help from Treatwell. They didn't cancel my apt or reached out to me. This is the second time this happens, the first time I just rescheduled and still left a 5stars review because mistakes happen, but this is getting ridiculous now. They should not list this business on Treatwell if they don't honor apts booked through the app.

May hair were chopped in a rush. The person couldn’t understand me clearly. I had to go to another place to fix what that salon did

I am sorry to say this is the most horrible place I seen they had no clue what they doing staff is rude and sarcastic talking and making jokes with clients thinking they don’t understand I ask for a refund and they said that they can’t do that I would never suggest this to anyone If u decide to have haircut a treatment or anything that they offer would be better to find a different place Because u have to deal and feel the stress and they horrible job
