Mel is very kind and friendly, listens what you want and gives best recommendations for your face shape. Absolutely love my butterfly haircut and blow dry! The cut is perfect and the blow dry is shiny sleek and bouncy, walked out feeling fabulous + extra knowledge how to take care of my hair~ 💗
