Well I like my chosen stylist but on this occasion he cut my hair way way too short. I have short hair (pixie style) but after 7 weeks needed to be trimmed. The stylist took my hair too short. At work I had male colleagues making dude jokes and saying whoa your hair is shorter than mine. My husband was not happy also and I could not do anything with it next morning...too short to even grip with a brush! I have cried all weekend as I feel I have lost my femininity. Sorry...too upset to go on.

Great relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Hana was lovely and gave me some great advice and tips on how to style and look after my hair. Will be going back again soon.

I paid £111 for a colour and cut but the stylist ( director) informed me that I needed more. I gave my ok but wasn't told the revised price. I was charged almost an extra £50. My fault for not clarifying but still an excessive amount extra to find. I was charged extra for a " restyle" but didn't have anything that drastic done and have never had this in any other salon.
However the colour and cut were very nice but certainly not worth almost £160!
The salon itself is very clean with a calm relaxed atmosphere and Hana is a lovely interesting lady.
I would return but would be very clear on the pricing structure first.
