I booked a last minute appointment however the stylist was running behind so the salon called to rearrange a later time. When I arrived for my appointment, the stylist was still behind and asked me to come back nearly 2 .hours later or even the next day. Disappointed and unavailable, I asked for a refund, however with credit to the salon, the 'director' offered to cut my hair at no extra charge. In all fairness, the finish was fantastic and just what I wanted. Apart from the initial miscommunication, everything else was fantastic.
