this is my second visit and Carla welcomed me and remembered by name, I had to wait a few minutes and she invited me to take a seat. she was busy with finishing her appointment with another client and also another lady who was completing the questionnaire. she is always very professional and friendly she remembered that I have a holiday coming up soon. the treatment was also very relaxing and enjoyable. the treatment room is clean and fresh looking. can.t wait for my next treatment in two weeks time.
Very comfortable 1st experiance Carla made me feel at ease and welcome the treatment was better than I expected in terms of discomfort I didn't feel any and it was quicker than I expected. Happy all round. Hoping to be hair free after my course of 6 sessions.

I'm on my forth session and can notice a big difference already. I will keep rebooking as I know it works. My appointment is every 6 weeks with Carla and she's brilliant. Always makes me feel at ease.
