I can't really rate the experience as I never got to experience it, so I am rating everything as 1 star to get your attention. Not sure whether it's Treatwell or Hammersmith Physio is at blame, but I never got my treatment. Having first tried to book direct, there appeared to be no availability for my preferred time/date. Having looked on Treatwell, it gave me a the choice of any time for the same date, which I then proceeded to book. I received a confirmation email and which also said that this was sent to Hammersmith Physio. On the time of treatment, I was told that I wasn't booked in and that my designated masseur only does an evening shift on that day. I was informed that their admin team would call me but nobody did. But if I wasn't booked in, how would they have had my details to calls me with? So, Treatwell books me in when there are no slots free, but a confirmation was sent to both myself and Hammersmith Physio. This suggest a communication or systemic problem so I'm glad I didn't pay in advance ad I did have slight doubts. I am still waiting for a call so that I have an explanation of what went wrong.

The knowledge of the therapist was amazing. i was able to understand more about my body and take away some useful tips for sports. She was adaptable to my needs for levels of pressure and feedback during the session. I was comfortable throughout that she knew what she was doing and i was in good hands. Took me by surprise how small but stong the therapist was in applying the pressure that i wanted!
