loved my BIAB the 1st time. salon was calm (people are busy & like peace when they go to appointments.) The 2nd time, it was loud chaos. the girl got mad when i pointed out there was a big hole in one (wanted me to go home with it). reluctantly re-did the paint quickly, blaming her manager for doing them wrong last time. I left with paint on my finger & they didn’t look half as good as they did the first time.She told her manager i complained about the first time which was what she did, not me.
