Overall good manicure quality, but did book gel manicure with a soak off but didn’t get it and was cut with the nail file twice

Sarina is the best nail tech. My BIAB always looks great and she suggests base colours that are suitable for my go to French Mani. My BIAB never lifts, unlike a previous salon I used to go to in Chiswick before finding Halo.
