I cannot recommend Fatima highly enough. From the moment I sat down, she was the epitome of professionalism, calm, precise and incredibly detail oriented. She is a true perfectionist in the best possible way. What really stood out was how she explained every single step of the treatment. She did not just carry out the manicure. She educated me throughout, making sure I understood what she was applying, why she was doing it and how it would benefit my nails. That level of care is rare.
