This salon located in Covent Garden. Staffs are really friendly and me and my moms hair up was perfect, I really recommend this salon also willing to visit again.
I had made the appointment on the morning of the same day via Treatwell and there was a minor issue with the schedule, but they salon manager called as soon as they open to let me know and we rescheduled for the same day, just 1 hour later than originally planned.
When I showed up Paul was lovely, he listened to what I wanted and looked the pictures I showed to him. I have long hair with waves and wanted to get rid off the dry ends but keeping the length whilst refreshing the shape to enhance my natural waves. I'm extremely picky with my hair and I never blow dry it but let it dry naturally, that's why a good haircut is so important to me, if it's not right my waves would look useful.
I walked out happy with a nice, bouncy long mermaid hair, I'll definitely will go back again.
