Very quiet and the atmosphere was a very dull and there seemed to be a disappointment when I showed my group-on voucher. However, I was very please with the results of my hair cut and even though the Groupon voucher included a cut, I had to pay an extra £10 for the hair cut. So I was disappointed because of this, but as I was trying the salon for the first time, and the end result was good, I might return and pay full price.

brilliant. Zaf did a colour correction and balayage. really pleased with the result. wouldn't go anywhere else in Coventry. I have really thick hair and Zaf knows how to cut it. thanks so much :)

Zaf always does a really great job with my hair. I feel like a million dollars after it is done. The only thing I would say, is that I think the salon could do with at least another hairdresser, as he is the only one there and often seems rushed off his feet. Apart from that, I have alway had a great experience, and would recommend them especially for asian hair as they understand what looks good and what we want.
