I came in for a wash, cut and blow.
April (the young girl) cut my hair too short, even thought I'd told her I don't like short hair. I only wanted a trim. In the end, Sonia had to take over as she'd cut too much off to the point where it didn't need drying and then charged me and my daughter, who had a dry cut - £51.50.
I was VERY UPSET, it spoilt my evening and now I'll have to wait a few months for it to grow.
I won't be coming back to Halo again.
