As usual the staff were friendly and welcoming. They are also professional and consistent, the result being that they are familiar with a client's requirements. My re-growth treatment is usually applied by Molly, who always knows the correct shade. I am always offered a hot drink, just to my liking, as the staff know me well enough.The shampoo and cut were carried out by Jackie. She always listens carefully and offers helpful advice when I need to make any changes to shade, hair length or style.
I have been going to this salon for several years and intend to continue for a long time. Consequently, I have recommended several friends and my own daughter because I have benefitted from the quality of the service offered, as well as enjoying my visits.
