I've been before, numerous times and have always been satisfied but took my 11 year daughter for a hair cut and the hairdresser didn't really listen to what we asked for and just cut it the way she saw fit. My daughter absolutely hated it and cried for hours. Such a shame as always had good experience here before. :(
