Asked for the length to be kept as it takes me a long time to grow my hair, came out got home washed and dried my hair and saw just how much has been chopped off. Went in with hair past my boobs and came home with hair to my shoulders. Very disappointed, also the layers have been done wrong, wasn’t done to my parting and layers were not sectioned. Went to another hairdresser who has had to re do my hair and cut it shorter to fix the layering mistakes and to get it all even. Won’t be using again

Went for a keratin treatment and absolutely loved it. Salon was lovely, staff really friendly and Sonia was so great. Best hair cut I’ve had in years!
