I have hair nearly down to my bum and have been coming to Jacqui for a while now, and I completely disagree with the previous review.
I like to keep my hair long too and Jacqui is fantastic at taking exactly the right amount off. She is so careful to keep checking in as she goes along, and doesn’t just lop hair off, she makes sure it’s exactly how you want it She’s recreated exactly the look I’ve asked for exactly right every time, is really lovely and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Asked for the length to be kept as it takes me a long time to grow my hair, came out got home washed and dried my hair and saw just how much has been chopped off. Went in with hair past my boobs and came home with hair to my shoulders. Very disappointed, also the layers have been done wrong, wasn’t done to my parting and layers were not sectioned. Went to another hairdresser who has had to re do my hair and cut it shorter to fix the layering mistakes and to get it all even. Won’t be using again
