Elda was very nice but the haircuts were not good - very uneven and she used an electric razor to cut the kids hair (girls). They’ve been left with very chunky uneven cuts. It was also not clear when booking that I hadn’t requested hair wash and it would have been an extra £10 for each - making the wash and cut £40 per child (all under 11). Elsa did offer a discount for the wash but it’s still very expensive for what we got.
