I visited the salon recently and while the polish was applied nicely and looks good, I was disappointed with the service overall. The filing was done too harshly, affecting both my nails and the surrounding skin, which left me in pain. Additionally, my cuticles were overcut with the nipper, and I later noticed bleeding after I left the salon. The experience felt rushed and unfortunately left me upset and uncomfortable due to pain and swelling.
