Rica is friendly and provides a professional service. I went in with some pictures of what I wanted and I got the exact haircut I asked for. I have avoided salons for a while as sometimes you don't always get the haircut you want. But Rica gave me a beautiful haircut and I am very happy. Great to have a local salon. Would recommend.

I am a regular customer at Rica’s hair and beauty for waxing and I have never been disappointed with her services. It has been the best waxing experience I have ever had. She’s a lovely person and makes you feel comfortable when she is waxing. I will always go to her for waxing. Thank you.
Some members of the staff does not speak English at all, they speak in their language all the time in front of costumers what is rude and annoying. The staff is very friendly, but I lived a torture with the guy who did my hair. Never ever in my life someone pulled my hair as this guy did all the time...the appointment was meant to be 2 hours and I spent there 3 hours and a half only for highlights! He was extremely slow. It took him one hour and 15 mins just to do my lower head!! Had to wash my hair by parts! And when he ended and dry my hair he was again pulling my hair and burning me with the blow dryer even when I told him!! I ended up with a horrible headache after 3 hours and a half of pulling my hair. Plus it is also annoying that they try to sell you treatments (always in a friendly way) even when I clearly said I just wanted what I booked. The colour was lighter than I asked for, but it wasn't bad. Friendly people, but I don't think I am coming back there...
