This was my first visit to Halcyon Days as I used a Treatwell voucher I was given nearly a year ago(!). From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by one of the therapists who was incredibly friendly and chatty and I instantly felt relaxed and at ease. My massage therapist then introduced herself and again was very friendly and showed me through to the treatment room. Every aspect of the treatment room was on point - through to the decorations, the smell (I'd been asked to select an essential oil and given a variety to choose from) and the ambience. Just right for a relaxing treatment. I very much felt as if this was something special and my therapist gave a very good therapeutic massage. I actually can't wait to book myself in again and hope to make this a regular thing - I think it's lovely to have somewhere of such good quality on my doorstep.

Lovely excellent customer service from the girls,I enjoyed my massage. But the owner needs to know how to communicate well with her customers instead of putting her staff in an akward position.

The whole experience was totally ruined by the Treatwell booking on line. I was given the wrong time in my confirmation email and so was told I was late although I thought I was arriving early! I was then told I could only have a shorter time, but I had paid £55 which turned out to be about 50 minutes of actual treatment instead of 1 hour 15 minutes. I have asked Halycon to obtain refund from Treatwell!
