This was, without a doubt, the worst salon experience I’ve ever had.
From the moment I arrived, there was no customer service whatsoever. I wasn’t even offered a glass of water or any refreshments, which is surprising for a salon in this location and at this price point.
The consultation was incredibly disappointing. I came in with a very specific colour in mind and repeatedly asked whether the treatment would remove the brassiness from my hair. Instead of taking the time to discuss my concerns

Amazing experience with Hakim Elhocine! He was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. The salon has a great atmosphere, and I left absolutely loving my hair. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
