Nikki really took the time to understand my hair and the cut I wanted to go for, I’d still been recovering from a bad haircut from a year ago and she cut it exactly how I wanted and now I finally love my haircut. She was super friendly and pleasant too

All good, except the wait time 30 mins+ inspite of booking in advance.
This time I was informed by the salon on the phone that they are changing the person I booked for someone else as the original stylist was running late. I had no issues with it and Grad did a great job. Still had to wait for more than 30 mins for the cut. It was my daughters birthday party that day and we were on a tight schedule.
If it was a one off I would probably wouldnt think too much but this happens almost everytime
