Waited for so long for this appointment due to COVID-19, well I shouldn’t have... Possibly the worst haircut i’ve ever had, genuinely looks like i’ve done it myself.
When I arrived for my appointment, they didn't ask for my name and they didn't check what I had booked for. I made the appointment before the announcement of the government for the opening of salons. I had an email with the confirmation and I knew the cost. But they increased the prices as soon as they knew when they could open. It was unprofessional to ask me to pay more on my way out. Of course i didn't but did they change the prices to take advantage of the high demand?
