I was told by the stylist that I have to pay 10pound more as my hair is long, just below shoulders is long!! The difference in price was 5 not 10 on treatwell,she said my hair was thick. I said fine but I regret not taking a refund because I've had the worst blow-dry ever. The lady doesn't seem to have experience in blow drying hair of someone who is mixed race, my hair is not kinky but it's not European or Asian hair. Never had this at other salons,avoid if your hair is not European or Asian
