I phoned the salon on the off chance of getting an appointment for that day as my hair was driving me crazy. Laura managed to give me an appointment and I was so pleased with my hair style. Laura always seems to know how much to thin it down, to get rid of the bulkiness. All my friends commented on how much this style suited me and also that I looked younger. Win win all round.
