We arrived on time and she was busy with another customer, she did not even inform us it will take sometime and my 2 year old was restless so we stepped outside so not to disturb the other customer. She made feel very uncomfortable from the point of contact where she ignored and we greeted first then she responded.She did not even talk to my son-once and therefore he was very unsettled as a stranger was cutting his hair!It was his first hair cut and instead of being memorable it was terrible!
