Upon arrival I was not greeted by anyone with most staff members being in the back room. I sat on the half worn away sofa with my appointment being half an hour late and the hairdresser calling to the sofa to ask who was next. The whole service seemed very unorganised and sloppy. My highlights came out okay however coming out of the shop it already looked like I had roots as it looked like the dye hadn't been put on correctly.
Definitely will not return, although a good price it was not worth it for the terrible service and average highlights.
The haircut was very short (had stated it would take up to 45 min but instead took only 15 min) and I didn't really feel that the hairdresser did much to my hair (looks fairly similar as it had). Was hoping for a relaxing experience however I was literally just in and out. Hairdresser was friendly and inside of hairdressers was clean.
I was so happy with the service I received by Leanne she done my hair so beautifully, she gave me advice based on my face shape, skin tone and chose a perfect colour!! she was so bubbly and friendly I really had an amazing experience and recommend her to everyone!! the other staff was just as friendly and very welcoming and the prices are fantastic!!!! thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!!
