I took a photo of a haircut and came out with exactly that. The service was very friendly. There was a little trouble with my booking having been made online and clashing with other appointments, but they were able to accommodate me anyway. I'll definitely be going back again

I've been visiting Hairticians for a couple of years as it was my local salon when I first moved to Bristol. It's amazingly good value. The service isn't always top notch, often a bit disorganised, but the staff and quality of the cuts and highlights are always well worth what you pay for.

Great stylist, knew exactly what to do with my hair when I didn't really know what I wanted. Very chatty and friendly salon, the girls were having a giggle. Will definitely go back again next time my hair needs doing.

My visit to Hairtician was such a disappointment considering how much I paid. First of all I arrived on time for my appointment only to wait for an hour to get their service. Secondly,the towels used were dirty and the gloves the hairdresser used were old and dirty. I asked her, don't you have any other gloves she said "oh they are not dirty, it's just that I used them to put black hair dye for another client and I don't have others." I didn't have time to argue but I swore never to go back. Other than that she was nice.
