I booked and pre-paid my appointment but when I got there, the salon was closed. I called them and left a voicemail but so far I haven't heard anything and haven't received a refund. My appointment was four days ago. This is incredibly unprofessional.
The place is very much 'no frills' but for such a cheap price I got a good haircut and they were friendly and listened well
They rearranged the appointment time on the day and then when I arrived had to wait about 25 mins past my appointment time without much explanation.
But on the whole I was happy
My stylist really took her time with my hair, making sure I was happy as I was a bit worried at the beginning since I haven’t had a haircut in years! She took it slowly until I was happy with the length, and I love how it looks! She did a great job.
