I arrived 7 minutes early but was told I was late, which was a disappointing start. The haircut itself was fine, but the appointment felt a bit rushed. When I asked for a wee twist to be added while styling, I was told there wasn’t time for it. My previous visits were much nicer and felt more relaxed, so this one was a bit of a letdown.
