Carol was great, I didn't know how to explain the look I was going for correctly. Carol absolutely captured my needs and outcome was a great cut and styling. Also Carol was respectful of my length and I asked for more off which is very rare! Great communication and I hope to return again for my next cut an thereafter. Very kind, chat was great and shop had good energy.
