Emma was absolutely wonderful with my very nervous daughter. She more than went above and beyond to put her at ease. Her patience and empathy was commendable. It coupdbhave been a disaster, but thanks to Emma's kindness, patience and proffesionalism my wee girl now has hair she is proud of. I haven't seen her smile this much in a long time. Emma has a new fan!
