Chi was such a laid back and lovely person, very confident and with lots of insight to share. It was clear she knew exactly what she was doing and the whole treatment was carried out professionally and thoroughly. It’s now been just over a week since I had my Brazilian blow dry and my hair is definitely feeling so much better! It’s naturally very curly, so the curls are still there. But overall they’re just much more defined, smooth and less frizzy. Will definitely come back! :)
