General experience was pleasant but my hair has been completely butchered. Tried to show a picture but got nothing like what I asked for. I said not short and I said that it’s important I can have my hair up, but I can’t do anything with my hair now. It’s ridiculously short and layers are all messed up. I am extremely upset with what I’ve been given. I’ve even cried over it. Luckily it grows back.
