I went in with my natural blonde hair and left as a brunette but still the hair looks so natural it's amazing. I was advised while choosing the colour and also to do a semi-permanent rather than permanent colour in case I change I didn't like it. But I love it! You can tell the staff really cares about your experience and the end effect. And, my god, they have homemade cookies in the waiting area!
