It was my first time and I found the person who washed my hair professional and warm. When it came to Jenny the hairdresser, I showed her few different examples of how I wanted my haircut looks like so it could be confusing. I had the feeling she understood what I wanted and during the haircut she kept making sure it was ok. I also made it clear I trusted her. At first, my haircut looked OK but when I washed my hair few days after I could see the mistakes. My friends said the same. Not happy
