Really lovely experience. Margaret is so precise and her attention to detail is amazing! Gels lasts at least 4 weeks and the selection of colours is great

Joy and Bona are so attentive and I cannot fault them on their customer service. I was a little nervous about the colour but joy constantly reassured me and chatted to me throughout to put me at ease. Beautiful balayage, felt very spoilt by them both and will definitely be returning
