Excellent hair cut. Exactly what I wanted without having to explain or talk too much - one of the best I've ever had, people have separately complimented me on it. Very calm/quiet and friendly atmosphere/vibe which helps as I get anxious about haircuts sometimes! The environment and stylist made me calm and relaxed immediately. Clean, timely, and the stylist Emily did a perfect job. They use clean, quality equipment and high quality hair products. Great value and highly professional. It's a shame I didn't have any cash on me for a tip! I will be back next time. Thank you! Outstanding Job! <3

Surprised how much the hairdresser consulted me on my decision of haircut and recommended what she thought - that was good as they usually know better than we do! I liked the mini bottle of water I was given rather than a glass (the small things!) I liked that she judged how talkative / non talkative I wanted to be and wasn’t too full on and neither too silent. Haircut is great I loved it. Liked the head massage while my hair was washed but this could have gone on a bit longer :)
