It was a nice salon, overall a good experience, but when I commented on my concern that the balayage not very even at the back my hairdresser got snappy and disappeared in the back after saying that the gradient was good. I quickly backtracked my comment to maintain a positive atmosphere and was accompanied by her colleauge who also struggled to be friendly to me after that.
However, saying that it was at the end of the day and I have long hair, so I understand that they were stressed. I am quite satisfied with the result and semi-happy with the price value, but I am not sure I would return.

I had a bad layered hair experience. I had to go to another salon the next day to fix it. The staff was nice and the salon was clean. But I didn't like my hair cut. Also, the lady who did my hair did not even dry my hair completely. The roots of my hair were still damp.

Great hair colouring- they were sorting out my hair that had been messed up from a previous colour and they did a great job. Would definitely go back
