I was so impressed with my cut and blow dry. The stylist was very thoughtful and observant. She really went the extra mile to "understand" my hair and how best to cut it by asking lots of questions and being genuinely interested, unlike some hair salons where the stylist starts hacking away instantly! The end result was perfect, I was so pleased - thank you!
