Katya was my stylist. She did an awesome job on my hair colour which she had mixed to a lovely chestnut colour. Katya really did her utmost to cut my hair as I like it. She was really professional and lovely. I paid a very good price, so it was a good experience. The decor of the salon is not all that impressive but who cares is the staff is that good.
I am really not sure how to rate this - I feel a bit bad as I think the hairdresser pretty much asked me to write a good review and was quite friendly but...I arrived a bit early, they triple-booked us for the same time slot and asked me to wait about half hour. Wouldn't have been that bad if actually I didn't end up being seen one hour later. After the treatment she was really pushing me to cut my hair and I always refuse as I'm trying to grow it. But she really pushed and pushed for at least a trim as it was a pleasure to do so for my hair and just to make it look even when straight so she trimmed a couple mm. When we were done she extra charged me 10£ for the trim. I politely reminded her that the extra 10£ applied only to extra long hair (mine is an inch below my shoulders, plus one side is chin level as I had shaved half head one year ago, and I had booked and paid for Long hair anyway) or extra thick hair (and mine is very fine and damaged), and in any case I had spent the past 2 hrs refusing the cut, and she did not even let me know that on top of that I would have an extra charge. She said that then she spent some time combing it straight (I have kind of wavy dry hair) - not a little cheeky after making me wait one hour and triple booking my slot? I should also note that even if I paid for a brazilian blow dry I only asked for the keratin and not the straightening, so she actually (by her admission as well) saved some time. Afterwards she gave me a referral discount - the same card I imagine you get from any place - but I really do not think I could give it more than 3 stars even if the treatment lasted for quite some time (which I do not know as it has been one week). Also this is not really the cheapest deal for brazilian blow dry so that they have to extra charge for pluses - it works out at 100£ and although not a lot, lots of deals amount to 50-60£.
