Considering I had never been there before I felt instantly welcomed. The hairdresser, herself was clearly highly skilled, also friendly and articulate. My hair is difficult at the best of times & it looked fabulous at the end. An all round thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The studio is only tiny off a busy main road in the centre of London so ambience wise it's a little strange. Staff are all very friendly and respected that I didn't really want to chat much (some hairdressers will not shut up!). Hair took a lot longer than I'd paid for but they didn't charge me extra. I am really, really happy with my hair - I haven't had such a good colour and cut in a long time and for probably half the price! I will go back and will ask for Anya again, she was great.

Booking (and then rescheduling) my appointment with Treatwell was so simple. And the 9am slot at Hairform Studio is fantastic - the perfect time before heading into the office!

Very happy with the service, blow dry was amazing. Left with s glossy soft hair. Staff were nice. The fact that the place is open on Sundays is a big plus!
